You can post/edit events for submittal to SanJose.org and update account information here.

Before creating an event, here are the Business Rules for posting an event. Events must:

•Be open to the public
•Have at least an Event Name, Date, Time and Location
•Link to a website for either ticket sales or more information
•Have a full square rights-approved* image with minimal text (1000X1000 or larger) – no logos or flyers
•No classes/workshops, camps or school events (some small-scale community events such as fundraisers, sales, and storytimes may not be accepted).

 

*AS OF JAN. 30, 2020, THE IMAGE SIZE REQUIREMENT IS 1000X1000 .JPG OR LARGER

 

 PLEASE READ: *Team San Jose provides users the opportunity to upload images (below) to SanJose.org’s event submission portal for posting in connection with their event listings. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading any image in violation of any domestic or international copyright law. By selecting "Yes" above, you are representing that the graphic image does not infringe any proprietary or intellectual property rights of any third-party, and that you have the authority to grant, and do hereby grant, to Team San Jose a paid-up, royalty-free, nonterminable license to use, display, copy and transfer the image for and in connection with the SanJose.org website . Users will indemnify, defend, and hold Team San Jose harmless for any third party IP claims related to uploaded images and materials.

In an effort to streamline the event submission process, the "Dates & Times" section, normally found on Step 2 of the form, has been moved to Step 1.
